Benchmarks With The Leadtek Winfast GeForce 2 MX DH Pro
We're movin' now!

We ran a suite of benchmarks on the DH Pro at both it's default and over-clocked speeds.  Our tests included MadOnion's 3D Mark 2000 v1.1 to test Direct 3D performance, MadOnion's Video 2000 to test video quality and playback, and MDK 2 and Quake 3 to test OpenGL performance.

First up is 3D Mark 2000...

3D MARK 2000 v1.1

We had good luck overclocking this card, let's see what kind of effect it had on it's Direct 3D performance.

Some nice increases...especially at the higher resolutions.  Time for Video 2000...

VIDEO 2000

Again some decent numbers. Video and DVD playback is not a week point for the DH Pro.

I'm sure all of you are interested in some "in-game" numbers, so to test the DH Pro's OpenGL prowess we ran MDK2's built-in timedemo at 16 and 32-Bit color depths, at both it's default and over-clocked speeds.

MDK 2

I'd bet that while over-clocked we see nice performance increases at higher-resolutions...

Ah Ha! Told ya!  I'd almost say that at 1280x1024x32 MDK2 was perfectly playable, but I'm a 60FPS+ kind of guy.  Your opinion may differ on this but either way these are decent frame rates.  Let's see what kind of numbers we see with Quake 3 Arena.
